Disk Manager

Disk Manager Application Tool for managing Commodore 64 floppy disks, primarily game disks. The application consists of two integrated tools: DISK POWER and DISK PREPARATION.

1. DISK POWER:
   • Designed to work with healthy disks, it provides common DOS commands and directory management.
   • It allows users to perform standard operations such as deleting, renaming, and copying (copy file here is duplicate or backup on the same disk directory) files and initialize, format and validate unit 8.
   • Users can also view the directory structure of the disks to see the stored files.
   
   
2. DISK PREPARATION:
   • This tool is aimed at formatting old or damaged disks quickly and effectively.
   • It includes a "force and fast format" feature to prepare disks for reuse by clearing and reformatting them.
   • Additionally, it offers the ability to relabel the disk header, which is useful for disks with damaged or outdated labels.

To complement this application, it's also recommended to have isopropyl alcohol on hand. This is used to clean the floppy disks or disk drive heads, ensuring they are in good working condition. A cleaning disk is also a good resource to help.
