Disk Manager 8.0

This version was arranjed from the previous 7.0 with some improvements.

- Startup time reduced until main menu appear avoiding some FX

- Some messages were centered along the program

- D64 Disk image was cleaned and simplified

- Nested Header Change/Fast Format routine called without FX
